Depending on distance, dump fee and swap fee may differ
for individual rent, if we have to dump the dumpster more than once during your renting days, it'll be $80 every dump
RULES: Fill to the rim, not over the rim. Nothing can hang over the side. Driver has to cover the dumpster with a tarp.
No shingles, dirt, concrete or gravel unless we discussed it previously because those are heavy and could be separate charges and different requirements. (A wheelbarrow load or two is fine just not truck loads)
if filled with concrete past half way, there will be a $300-$980 charge depending on how much concrete is over filled.
Shingles- never more than 40 squares.
No TIRES
No TVS, MICROWAVES or COMPUTERS- mercury
No FOOD of any kind or household cleaning products
No Chemicals/ batteries
No liquid paint only dry paint in open cans. Mattresses are fine, please stand them up on edge if possible they pack better.
Your crew can not put their FOOD from their lunches in the dumpster. If we have to pick out these items or unload part of the dumpster or make extra trips to move or unload a dumpster you will be charged for our drive time and expenses $50 per trip $40 per a tv/tire etc and forfeit deposit. There is also a $25 cancelation and cc fee. If you bend or damage my dumpster with your equipment you are responsible for cost of repair, (minimum $160 for dents, please don't try to move our dumpsters it almost always causes damage to the feet, wheels and dents) We are not responsible for cracked concrete or damaged sewer/water/sprinkler lines or sod because we place the dumpster where you specified.
